Job Summary:

Booz Allen Hamilton is a company focused on providing solutions in Global Defense, and they are seeking a Technical Solution Architect, Lead. In this role, you will craft technical strategies to address clients' IT needs, mentor junior developers, and lead the transformation of technology usage in defense.

Responsibilities:

• Translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting technical strategies and approaches for high-impact opportunities.

• Help transform the way our clients use technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems.

• Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects.

• Shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 6 years of experience in Solution Architecture

• 2 years of experience in technical solutioning, business development, or capture roles

• Experience leading technical solution development from early opportunity shaping through proposal submission translating mission needs into actionable technical strategies and approaches that differentiate a proposal

• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams with minimal oversight

• Knowledge of the U.S. Government acquisition process and procurement strategies

• Ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions in analytics, digital transformation, engineering, or cyber domains

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

• Experience supporting the Global Defense market or similar mission-focused federal clients

• Experience with agile development, cloud architectures, and emerging technologies in the national defense space

• Experience with technical writing and client presentation

• Experience with technical solutioning for classified environments

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

• Master's degree preferred
