Job Summary:
Susquehanna International Group is a global quantitative trading firm looking for highly motivated full-time students for their 10-week software engineering summer internship program. Interns will work on trading systems and infrastructure, collaborating with experienced engineers and engaging in challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
• Build some of the most powerful trading systems in the finance industry.
• Work alongside experienced software engineers on the development, delivery, support, and enhancements of trading systems and infrastructure.
• Work on challenging projects that will be pushed into production.
• Meet with senior technologists to learn about Susquehanna technology and how it impacts trading strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or closely related STEM discipline
• Intention to graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and begin full time employment by August 2027
• Strong software development skills in any object oriented language (we use C , Python, and C# the most)
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns
• A passion for technology and a tinkering spirit
• Exceptional problem solving skills
