Job Summary:

The role involves collaborating with designers and researchers to create user-centered designs and improve the user experience through usability testing and feedback.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, technical team and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Apply finding from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experience
• Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
• Design lo-fi and high-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Ensure consistency with Hinge and Axis.
• Be well versed in Figma, FigJam and comfortable working within a large design system
