Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Be involved in the full array of xAI’s work, including ideation, experimentation, implementation, and maintenance of distributed systems and product features.
• Leverage all of xAI’s infra and AI stacks to dramatically enhance the advertising experience
• Own and operate systems and products driving the majority of the revenue.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3 years of industry experience working with large-scale, high-throughput distributed advertising systems.
• Experience in building large scale and performant advertising systems: recommendations, prediction, and/or auction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to contribute directly to the company’s mission.
• Strong work ethic and prioritization skills.
