Job Summary:

The Software Design Engineer 2 will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying solutions for user issues, implementing security measures, and enhancing features in collaboration with product management and UX teams.
Responsibilities:
• Reproduce and remediate reported user issues by developing, testing, and deploying bug fixes across a mixture of front-end and back-end service code.
• Implement and deploy security hardening for the .NET & Azure services to provided specifications.
• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with customer service PM.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI and traditional feature enhancements in partnership with PM & UX.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
• 2 years experience in cloud service development, and support experience, ideally in .NET, Azure, and front-end React development.
• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting with both new and legacy production systems.
Preferred:
• Experience with AI coding practices and tools like GitHub Copilot
• Experience building LLM based applications
• Specific experience in Azure, .Net, and React cloud service / application development
