Job Summary:
Pandora is an ad-supported audio entertainment streaming marketplace that provides internet radio and recommendation services. The Senior Manager, Ad Product Marketing will focus on translating ad technology initiatives into market-facing narratives, working closely with Product and Product Ops teams to drive the commercialization process and create enablement materials.
Responsibilities:
• Lead GTM for Ad Tech Initiatives: Drive the sales go-to-market strategy for the media and tech platform’s full suite of advertising technology solutions, including programmatic, audience targeting, measurement, automation, dynamic creative, and identity.
• Partner with Product Teams: Act as a strategic marketing partner to Product, Product Operations, and Platform teams—informing roadmaps based on market needs and helping prioritize features that deliver customer value.
• Craft Market-Ready Narratives: Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that communicates the value of SiriusXM Media & AdsWizz’s ad tech capabilities across multiple channels and formats.
• Sales Enablement: Create and maintain best-in-class sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs) to help internal teams and partners articulate complex technology offerings.
• Industry Thought Leadership: Identify and amplify SiriusXM’s unique POV across ad tech topics by developing thought leadership content, identifying trends, and supporting PR and industry events.
• Executive & Client Communication: Represent product marketing in executive-level meetings and client presentations. Must have a strong executive presence and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with B2B marketing, PR, industry marketing, legal, and data teams to support integrated product launches, announcements, and ongoing promotion.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor trends in the digital advertising and martech ecosystem (e.g., AI, privacy regulations, programmatic advancements, measurement shifts) to inform product positioning.
• Be a Utility Player: This is a high-growth team—pitch in across strategic projects, special initiatives, and major product moments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have 7 year’s experience in the media, advertising or publisher space; experience in product marketing a plus
• BA/BA required in Marketing or Business or equivalent, relevant experience
• Deep understanding of ad tech and an aptitude for technical concepts and data
• Ability to apply analytics and market research to inform product requirements and packaging needs
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Experienced presenting to high profile clients and senior leadership teams.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly cross functional environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
