Job Summary:

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Digital Transformation Expert to lead enterprise-level innovation across their global Order to Cash (O2C) function, driving efficiency, automation, and operational excellence through digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the digital transformation of global O2C operations, including invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
• Design and implement advanced automation solutions leveraging SAP, RPA, and AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Operations, Global Supply Chain, and IT.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior finance leadership, providing insights and digital recommendations.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Champion continuous process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years in finance transformation, with a strong track record in O2C strategy and execution.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• SAP implementation experience
Preferred:
• Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
• PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate (FI/SD), ACCA, or similar.
• Strong SAP ERP (SD, FI, AR) knowledge, including configuration and reporting.
• AI exception-handling, process mining (e.g., Celonis), and RPA experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with credit risk modeling and dispute workflow design.
• Experience building self-service financial tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communicator with executive-level presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work across time zones in global virtual teams.
