Responsibilities:
• Design and implement knowledge management strategies and systems to capture, organize, and share critical infrastructure operations insights
• Understand key processes and identify areas of improvement.
• Coordinate inputs and present Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
Preferred:
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
