Job Summary:
Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and fintech innovation, is seeking a Product Manager – Platform to lead new features and capabilities in their AI-First AP automation environment. The role involves collaborating with teams in the U.S. and Israel to define and deliver impactful enhancements, while serving as the primary voice for U.S. customers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of new platform features and capabilities, focusing on North American market needs, time-zoned collaboration, and AI-first opportunities.
• Partner regularly with U.S. Sales, CS, and Support to triage escalations, gather insights, and feed prioritized enhancements back to Tel Aviv squads.
• Translate U.S. customer feedback and market research into clear, async-friendly PRDs; participate in regular overlap sessions to align on scope and timelines.
• Drive GTM readiness alongside PMM: create enablement materials for sales tailored to different customer types.
• Collaborate with design and engineering in Israel to craft simple, user-centric interfaces that embed AI intelligence into core workflows.
• Establish and track success metrics (feature adoption, escalations resolution time) and use data to iterate continuously.
• Willing to travel to our Tel Aviv offices as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of product management experience in SaaS B2B, with direct ownership of feature development for U.S. mid-market or enterprise finance teams.
• Proven track record collaborating remotely with offshore engineering teams, managing time-zone differences, and establishing async processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication: you’re skilled at writing clear specifications and documenting workflows for cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset: define and track KPIs, run A/B tests, and leverage usage data to drive prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer research and translate insights into successful product enhancements.
• Bias for action, comfort in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture, and passion for AI-powered workflows.
