Job Summary:
P3 Health Partners is seeking a Power BI Developer to collaborate on understanding business needs and project goals. The role involves performing business analysis, creating technical specifications, and developing visualizations and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights and improve system performance.
Responsibilities:
• Automate existing manual processes through dynamic reporting
• Create streamlined and efficient ways for users to pull data
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data validation, report building, and updating existing reports to provide a better/more refined user experience
• Assist with managing P3’s reporting workflow (dev, QA, prod)
• Assist with creation and management of stored procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, specifically in building user interfaces, visualizations, and algorithms.
• Experience in the healthcare or managed care industry and understanding of healthcare terminology
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data for insightful decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be an adaptable, collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Possesses a strong desire to enhance consumer experiences.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, with other departments, and with external audiences.
• Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position, with demonstrated competency in customer orientation and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to monitor project progress and communicate interim and final results to senior management needed.
• Ability to re-engineer processes to positively impact productivity in terms of timelines and accuracy required.
