Job Summary:
24 Carrots Catering and Events is a full-service, employee-owned caterer and hospitality group dedicated to creating remarkable experiences. The Marketing & PR Coordinator supports the brand's visibility through content creation, social media planning, and public relations efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Support the creation and distribution of branded materials, coordinate content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital channels, and ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn; track engagement, trends, and analytics; and collaborate on new content ideas and campaign planning.
• Draft press releases and promotional copy, maintain organized media lists and outreach records, and assist in PR activations, partnerships, and venue/event promotions.
• Organize brand assets and digital media libraries, maintain internal project trackers and timelines, and support cross-departmental communications and marketing needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or hospitality
• Demonstrated leadership of strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to manage social media for a professional brand
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe preferred (but not required)
• Skilled in creating content, writing/editing for digital and print, maintaining brand voice, and managing media assets
• Builds strong internal and external relationships, navigates feedback with professionalism, and maintains brand integrity
• Able to pivot quickly based on campaign shifts, team needs, and event demands
Preferred:
• Canva or Adobe preferred (but not required)
