Job Summary:
Vistar Media is a global ad tech company and the world's largest digital out-of-home advertising marketplace. The VP, Business Operations will oversee and optimize operational functions to ensure alignment with strategic goals, improve workflow experiences, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational plans and policies to support the company's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Establish alignment on change and ensure successful adoption of new policies and procedures to minimize disruption
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential operational risks.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) analyzing operational efficiency and employee effectiveness and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends to lend to overall operation efficiencies of the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10-12 years of relevant experience leading business operations at small to midsize companies
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Project Management Experience: Ability to manage projects effectively.
