Job Summary:

As the Director of Product Management for the Short-form Learning Area, you will lead a team to enhance engaging, bite-sized lessons and leverage AI to improve learning outcomes for users. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and delightful learning experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create the vision and strategy for how we instruct better through short-form content
• Be accountable for learning outcomes as co-lead of the ~75-person cross-functional Short-form Learning Area
• Manage and develop a team of senior product managers
• Level up your team's product craft and velocity, so we're producing higher-quality work, faster
• Lead through example by using AI to improve your craft, and encouraging your team to do the same
• Propose and own key initiatives that improve the entire product org (e.g., AI adoption, interviewing, performance management)
Qualifications:
Required:
• A desire to make the world a better place through technology and education
• Experience leading other product managers
• Experience generating outstanding results as a product manager in a consumer application, product, or software role
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
• An instinct for creating simple, delightful, and intuitive user experiences
