Job Summary:
HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care, dedicated to transforming the healthcare space. They are seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions, manage the complete data lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and manage robust data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc data analyses to identify opportunities and risks, providing evidence-based recommendations to boost productivity, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Automate routine reporting tasks to streamline processes.
• Train staff and leadership on interpreting and operationalizing dashboards and reports.
• Develop a feedback loop with functional support staff and leadership to continuously refine dashboards, analytics models, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Business Operations and functional support leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Drive a culture of standardization, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Proactively monitor and analyze leading and lagging indicators to inform strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities to elevate operational sophistication and business intelligence maturity through advanced analytics, employing statistical methods, machine learning, and AI.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or Statistics.
• 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of analytical experience.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or consulting environment.
• Ability to deliver impactful data solutions in a format understandable to a non-technical audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to understand the 'big picture' yet preserve a keen eye for details.
• Experience with database query languages, such as SQL/Snowflake/Postgres.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including use of Array formulas, Index/Match, etc.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and produce consistent results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenge.
