Job Summary:
Command Holdings, a Pequot company, is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Ethics Policy Analyst to support the Department of Defense. The role involves providing technical guidance on AI Ethics, designing exercises to identify risks, and conducting literature reviews on AI Ethics and Responsible AI.
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical guidance on AI Ethics and Responsible AI for priority projects within the Department of Defense, spanning the disciplines of system safety engineering, cybersecurity, test and evaluation, human factors, ethics, and policy.
• Designing tabletop exercises for identifying novel risks, validating RAI Toolkits, and testing policy recommendation.
• Conducting literature reviews of the state of the art within AI Ethics and Responsible AI, spanning the disciplines of system safety engineering, cybersecurity, test and evaluation, human factors, ethics, and policy.
• Identifying gaps within the Department’s Responsible AI program and develop COAs for addressing the gaps.
• Providing technical reviews and edits on Responsible AI Products developed by (or procured by) the OCDAO RAI Division and its partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Political Science, Policy, Government, or a related field.
• Current, active TS with the ability to obtain SCI access.
• 5 years of experience writing Responsible Artificial Intelligence (RAI) policy.
• 2 years of experience coordinating DoD-wide bodies, such as the Responsible AI Working Council.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred:
• Current, active, TS/SCI security clearance.
• Master's Degree from an accredited university in Political Science, Policy, Government, or related field.
