Job Summary:
PPG is a leader in innovation and sustainability, seeking an experienced CAPEX Program Manager to oversee capital expenditure projects within their aerospace operations. The role involves managing large-scale investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budgets, and timelines, while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• CAPEX Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the CAPEX portfolio, ensuring investments support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects, from feasibility studies to implementation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams to align project goals.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure CAPEX investments comply with aerospace industry regulations and safety standards.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance for CAPEX-related assets.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting for CAPEX projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve CAPEX investments, reducing waste and improving Return on investment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• US Citizen
• 5 years of direct procurement, supply chain or sourcing experience in a large corporate setting
• Advanced Excel
• Data analytics
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including QAD, GSV, Oracle, ePro, and capital investment modeling tools
• Fluency in English in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with industry standards, including AS9100, FAA regulations, and defense compliance.
Preferred:
• 7 years of experience in CAPEX management, within aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
