Job Details
The paralegal in this role will support plaintiff-side workers’ compensation and personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include:
Managing and organizing case files from initial intake through settlement or hearing
Communicating regularly with clients regarding case status, medical treatment, and documentation
Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, wage records, and employment documentation
Assisting attorneys with preparation for Workers’ Compensation Commission hearings and personal injury litigation
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and settlement-related documents
Tracking deadlines, hearings, and follow-ups to ensure cases move efficiently
Coordinating with medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
