We are seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with at least three years of experience to join our in-office team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of workers compensation claims from initial filing through resolution
- Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents
- Maintain consistent client communication and ensure cases move efficiently
- Minimum of three years of workers compensation experience
- Strong litigation and hearing experience
- Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills
- Active bar license in good standing
