- Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
- Draft persuasive motions and briefs for administrative commission hearings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and risk managers
- Spearhead case strategy development
- Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings
