- Base salary: $195k–$250k DOE bonus

- Complex estate and gift tax planning
- Trust and estate administration
- Charitable trusts, foundations, family LLCs, and limited partnerships
- Business succession and wealth transfer planning
- Exempt organization matters
- Tax controversy — IRS examinations, Tax Court, federal court representation
- CA Bar Admission
- Trusts and estates experience with depth in both planning and administration
- Open to 2nd year Associates to Of Counsel
- Estate Planning
