- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
- Administer trusts and estates, including probate matters and taxable estates
- Conduct legal research on estate planning and tax issues
- Work with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive plans
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality service
- J.D. and licensed to practice in Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years of trusts and estates experience including trust and probate administration
