We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Treasury Manager to join our team in the Banking and Mortgage industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will play a pivotal role in managing the treasury operations, contributing to the overall financial strategy and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for developing and launching new financial products and services, leveraging your expertise in digital banking and electronic banking platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of cash management and commercial deposit services, a strong customer success orientation, and a keen awareness of risk and compliance protocols.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Treasury Manager to join our team in the Banking and Mortgage industry. You will be responsible for developing and launching new financial products and services, leveraging your expertise in digital banking and electronic banking platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of cash management and commercial deposit services, a strong customer success orientation, and a keen awareness of risk and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
- Develop and implement new financial products and services, leveraging digital banking platforms to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with banking partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive customer success by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An advanced degree or certification such as CTP or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial services, with a strong focus on digital banking and electronic banking platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and launching financial products and services.
- Strong understanding of cash management and commercial deposit services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering customer success.
- Strong risk and compliance awareness, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking and mortgage industry.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Office skills.
