Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent that is open to travel 75% of the time? Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Superintendent to join a dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of unique projects across different regions. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a FULL TIME Employment opportunity and NOT a Contract Position!

Responsibilities
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, overseeing all job site activities from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include
- Supervising and coordinating all construction activities on job sites, ensuring all work is carried out as per the project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met timely and efficiently.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with the company's quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Traveling Superintendent role will have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management/superintendent work, with a proven track record in site supervision and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in construction software and technology, including project management tools and CAD software.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
