In over 75 years, we have grown to 16 regional offices and more than 3,000 employees. We work on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, medical, education, public, and data center projects. We are currently looking for an on-site Project Executive for a data center project in Louisiana, a healthcare project in Columbus, OH, and other misc projects in OH, PA, and TN. The assigned project will be determined based on the candidate experience and location. We do very large projects ($100M-$500M Mechanical Scope).

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Executive to provide high-level project oversight and leadership to a project management team. This pivotal role involves setting expectations and objectives, as well as managing all financial aspects of assigned responsibilities. The ideal candidate will oversee financial performance, planning, and talent development for team members, while also developing client relationships that lead to future sales.
Responsibilities
- Safety (5%) Manage safety compliance by performing site walkthroughs and ensuring adherence to safety requirements.
- Operations Management, Leadership & Strategic Planning (55%) Oversee project management documentation and monitor financial performance while coaching team members.
- Cost Management (15%) Oversee the estimation process and ensure coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Relationships & Sales (20%) Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance project sales growth.
- Other Tasks & Duties (5%) Complete additional tasks as necessary due to project-specific conditions or directives.
- 10 years of construction project management experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Construction Management (preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles. Knowledge of business administration and management principles, customer relations, business development, and legal aspects of the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Estimating Software, and Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, MS SharePoint, ProCore).
- Ability to travel and work on-site at project locations.
