Qualifications
CPA preferred but EA considered
Requires expertise with High Net Worth Individuals and closely held businesses
Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements
Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team
Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their trusted advisor
Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
