Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily field operations for a ground-up restaurant project
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintain project safety, quality control, and production timelines
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, and ownership teams
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation
- Ensure project milestones and turnover deadlines are achieved
- Maintain clean and organized jobsite operations
- Proactively identify and solve field-related issues
- 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality project experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing projects in the $3M–$15M range
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
