Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large construction projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
