Job Title: Staff Accountant
Job Location: Lancaster, CA
Work Schedule: 100% on-site (*Will only consider candidates within 20 miles of the office, or within 30-45 minute commute each way)
Salary: $68k-$72k base salary 3-5%% bonus Comprehensive Benefits 401k
Must have:
• 1 years of professional experience as an Accountant
• Experience with AR, AP, month-end close, and journal entries
Nice-to-Have:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience

We are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing company that has doubled in size over the past two years (20 → 40 employees). This is a newly created position due to growth, working alongside an existing Staff Accountant and supporting core accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
· Assist with month-end close activities
· Prepare and post journal entries
· Handle invoice processing and posting
· Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations
· Collaborate with internal teams and leadership on financial processes
Must have:
• 1 years of professional experience as an Accountant
• Experience with AR, AP, month-end close, and journal entries
Nice-to-Have:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience
• Inventory, supply chain, production, manufacturing, healthcare, or telemedicine experience
