Staff Accountant

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join their client's dynamic team in California. • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
• Conducting internal audits and reporting findings to management.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and internal procedures.
• Providing support to the accounting department in various financial operations.
• Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the attention of the Senior Accountant.
• Preparing documentation for external auditors.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Pay range from $28 to $35 per hour.
