This role supports the monthly close and owns assigned reconciliations, schedules, and transactional processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and accruals as part of the monthly close
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation
- Support revenue and deferred revenue schedules, including billing and contract data
- Process accounts payable, expense reports, and corporate card transactions
- Maintain prepaid, accrual, and fixed asset schedules
- Prepare recurring reports and assist with flux analysis for leadership
- Support the annual audit by preparing requested schedules and documentation
- Help improve close processes, system workflows, and documentation as the company scales
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
- Understanding of GAAP, journal entries, and account reconciliation
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working in an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
