Job Details
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance is a critical member of the Supply Chain Senior Leadership team. This role is responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting, and cost management to maximize enterprise profitability. You will lead the Inventory Control, Cost Accounting, and Master Data teams, partnering with key stakeholders to drive the annual standards-setting process, budgeting, and cost-savings initiatives. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, distribution, inventory management, and master data teams. Strategy & Optimization: Identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance supply chain business analytics and reporting. Financial Management: Oversee budget and financial reporting for a $100M annual spend across materials, labor, and overhead .Operations: Lead the annual operating plan, budgeting, and standard-setting processes. Inventory Control: Manage the monthly excess/obsolete inventory process to minimize waste and maximize working capital. Compliance & Reporting: Reconcile general ledger accounts, manage monthly variance analyses, and ensure all financial statements align with GAAP and month-end deadlines. Collaborative Partnership: Facilitate monthly manufacturing and distribution financial reviews with senior stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience in Finance. Technical Skills: Background in manufacturing, international operations, and technical accounting is highly preferred.
