Responsibilities
- Develop accurate estimates for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
- Lead bid teams, coordinate with project managers, and analyze cost data.
- Prepare proposals, perform risk analysis, and conduct estimate reconciliations.
- Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor networks.
- Support preconstruction services including conceptual estimating and budgeting.
- 5 years of estimating experience in civil or water/wastewater construction.
- Strong cost analysis, bid preparation, and project modeling skills.
- Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Timberline, or similar).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
