Job Summary
The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that support the bank's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term architecture roadmap. This role requires deep experience in modern application architectures, middleware and integration platforms, data architecture, and hybrid cloud (cloud and on-premises) environments within a banking or financial services context.

Job Summary
The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that support the bank's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term architecture roadmap. This role requires deep experience in modern application architectures, middleware and integration platforms, data architecture, and hybrid cloud (cloud and on-premises) environments within a banking or financial services context.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
- 10 years of experience in IT architecture or solution design, with significant experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience designing modern, distributed applications and enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience with hybrid architectures spanning cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and risk controls.

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Architect and guide solutions across public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), private cloud, and on-premises data centers.
- Define cloud adoption patterns including IaC, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, disaster recovery, and performance requirements are met.
Middleware & Integration
- Design integration architectures using API management, ESB/event streaming, messaging, and file-based integration patterns.
- Support real-time and batch integration across internal systems, fintech partners, and third-party vendors.
- Enable reuse, scalability, and observability across integration platforms.
Data Architecture
- Define data architectures covering operational data, analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs.
- Support data lakes, data warehouses, streaming data platforms, and master/reference data management.
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to enable data quality, lineage, and governance.
Security, Risk & Compliance
- Embed security-by-design principles including identity, access management, encryption, and secrets management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, PCI, GLBA, data privacy).
- Participate in architecture risk assessments and technology control reviews.
