We are looking for an experienced Trust Administration and/or Probate Attorney to assume responsibility for an existing caseload and take ownership of post-death matters.

Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Trust Administration and/or Probate Attorney to assume responsibility for an existing caseload and take ownership of post-death matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-death trust administration and probate cases
- Lead client meetings with compassion and confidence
- Handle all aspects of trust administration and probate from start to finish
- Manage statutory timelines, notices, filings, and accountings
- Work closely with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors
- Oversee support staff involved in administration and probate matters
- Ensure smooth communication and steady progress on all active files
- Strong experience in trust administration, probate, and estate planning
- JD from an accredited law school
- Open to CPAs/EAs with JD/LLM backgrounds looking to return to legal practice
