Job Details
We're hiring Senior or Staff Software Engineers, Backend or Full Stack, to help design, build, and scale the core systems powering this platform. These are highly cross functional roles where you'll work across product, infrastructure, and AI driven systems to solve complex, real world problems.
What You'll Work On
- Building agentic systems that automate complex, multi step workflows end to end
- Designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and event driven architectures
- Developing AI powered features using LLMs in production environments
- Improving system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scales
- Building clean, intuitive user facing and internal tools
- Designing integrations with external platforms and services
- Evolving system architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexity
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience building and shipping production systems
- Strong backend fundamentals, Python preferred for backend focused engineers
- Full stack experience across modern web frameworks is a plus and flexible on stack
- Experience with distributed systems, async processing, or event driven architectures
- Interest or experience in building AI native or LLM powered products
- Strong product instincts and attention to detail
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments
