Job Details
The Senior Project Manager is typically responsible for projects in the range of $20 to $100 million and will be responsible for the overall direction, supervision and daily operations of the project. This position will be responsible for operational priorities, schedule adherence, coordination, communications between all parties and the overall financial performance of the project.
Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on Life Sciences, Education, or Healthcare projects.
Skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
Experience with risk management and quality control processes.
Certifications PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
