Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Project Manager will have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and retail projects.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from the ground-up.
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
