We partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and field operations personnel to deliver responsive service in demanding industrial environments.

Job Details

Qualifications

  • 3 years of outside sales experience specifically selling industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum truck, tank cleaning, shutdown, turnaround, or specialty field services into oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or midstream facilities
  • Proven experience calling on refinery managers, maintenance managers, turnaround coordinators, plant managers, operations leadership, and field supervisors within industrial processing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of hydroblasting services, industrial cleaning operations, vacuum services, confined space support, plant shutdown execution, and refinery maintenance environments
  • Experience developing and managing accounts tied to refinery outages, plant turnarounds, midstream maintenance, and industrial service projects
  • Existing relationships within the Williston market and surrounding oil & gas region highly preferred
  • Ability to conduct site walkdowns, identify service opportunities, quote projects, negotiate service agreements, and coordinate directly with operations teams during project execution
  • Prior experience selling field-based industrial services where safety compliance, response time, manpower coordination, and operational uptime are critical to the customer
  • Comfortable working in active refinery, midstream, oilfield, and heavy industrial environments
  • Demonstrated success generating new business within industrial service markets rather than purely managing inbound accounts
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols, turnaround scheduling, and customer coordination within high-demand field environments
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
