We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with strong concrete and masonry expertise to join our growing team. This individual will lead our estimating department, overseeing a small team of estimators while preparing competitive and accurate bids for a variety of projects. Our work includes high-end custom homes, commercial developments, and production housing throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 direct reports in all aspects of estimating.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete and masonry scopes as well as overall project pricing.
- Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate takeoffs and bid packages.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients to develop winning proposals.
- Manage a pipeline of 30 active bids and ensure deadlines are met.
- Source subcontractor and supplier pricing and negotiate best value options.
- Participate in client presentations and value engineering discussions when needed.
- 7 years of estimating experience with a strong background in concrete and masonry.
- Proven leadership experience managing an estimating team.
- Project experience in the $500K–$12M range, with preference for larger-scale vertical construction.
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
