We are seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all electrical-related activities on our large-scale, mission critical Data Center project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all electrical-related activities on our large-scale, mission critical Data Center project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and oversee team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
- Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
- Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M .
- Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable.
- Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
- Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
