We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our Accounting Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of complex audit, review, and compilation engagements. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, and has a passion for delivering high-quality financial audits.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Audit Associate, your key responsibilities will include

• Leading and managing a diverse range of audit, review, and compilation engagements for a variety of clients in the Accounting Finance industry.
• Reviewing client's financial statements, accounting records, and operations.
• Identifying areas of risk and assessing the effectiveness of the client's internal controls.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders.
• Providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the client's financial management and control processes.
• Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, providing them with guidance and feedback.
• Staying updated with current accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a strong emphasis on financial statement audits.
• Proven experience in leading audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw logical conclusions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
