- Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate and securities
- Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents)
As an attorney in our company, we are able to offer the following:

As an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to New Mexico Bar
- 10 years of litigation experience
- 2 years of experience within Business law
- Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
- Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
