Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end close processes
- Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support multi-entity and intercompany accounting activities
- Prepare and manage multi-state sales tax filings and compliance
- Assist with treasury, cash management, and banking reconciliations
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support audit preparation and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Provide support across AR, invoicing, collections, and cross-functional accounting initiatives
- Help improve reporting accuracy, automation, and scalable accounting workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills required
- ERP/accounting systems experience required
- Manufacturing, cost accounting, public accounting, or operational accounting experience preferred
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process optimization initiatives is a plus
