Responsibilities
As a Sales/Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales strategy and driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include
- Analyzing sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Presenting complex data analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Assisting with budget preparation and management.
- Utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Writing and executing queries to extract data for reporting purposes.
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience in investment banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in writing and executing queries for data extraction and reporting.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
