Reliability Engineer

• Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability and longevity of power plant equipment.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve reliability issues related to power plant machinery and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and safety of power plant operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance strategies for utility or heavy industrial operations. A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in power plant operation and maintenance is also necessary.
