Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgery center
- Lead and support OR nursing staff and clinical workflows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Partner with physicians and leadership on operational efficiency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development
- Active RN license (NY)
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- Prior OR / perioperative experience required
- Leadership experience (Charge RN, Assistant Manager, or Manager level)
- Strong understanding of outpatient surgical flow and operations
