Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. This is a permanent position that requires traveling within the region to meet with customers and develop new business opportunities.

Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region. This is a permanent position that requires traveling within the region to meet with customers and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals and meet quotas
- Analyze sales statistics and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Forecast regional sales and develop business plans to achieve targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- AA or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5-7 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- 5-7 years of Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong understanding of tools, construction, carpentry, tool industry experience preferred, but not required or
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
- Ability to navigate current computer applications
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events
