We are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for both hourly and salaried roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and attract top talent that supports operational and production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
Create and post job ads on platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Candidate Screening & Selection
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments, as applicable
Conduct reference checks and support background screening processes
Recruiting Strategy & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume and critical roles
Utilize proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions (e.g., skilled labor, maintenance technicians)
Partner with local workforce development and community agencies
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruiting practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, OFCCP, as applicable)
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support affirmative action and reporting requirements
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication
Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from offer to hire
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Education & Experience
3–5 years of recruiting experience
Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience strongly preferred
