We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in real estate law, including experience with financing-related issues, property level risk analysis, leasing, and managing transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate assets, experience in contract drafting and analysis, and the ability to represent property owners and stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate transactions, providing legal advice and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal support for all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.
3. Conduct property-level risk analysis to identify potential issues and provide strategic solutions.
4. Represent property owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in real estate matters.
5. Coordinate and manage all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and closing.
6. Advise clients on real estate financing-related issues, including loan agreements, mortgages, and other financial instruments.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law.
4. Proven experience in contract drafting and analysis, property-level risk analysis, and representation of property owners and stakeholders.
5. Strong knowledge of real estate financing-related issues.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
