- Build, refine, and manage quality systems that meet ISO 9001, CGMP, and related standards.
- Oversee QA/QC activities across production sites and ensure product consistency through inspections and testing.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits; address nonconformities through targeted corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
- Partner with operations teams to define effective process controls.
- Track quality metrics and present key findings to leadership.
- Deliver training on quality expectations, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Stay current with regulatory and industry changes to keep systems up to date.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and CGMP.
- Experience conducting internal and supplier audits.
- Background in manufacturing quality assurance and control.
- Ability to build and sustain effective quality systems.
- Analytical skills for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
- Project management abilities for cross-team initiatives.
- Clear communication skills for reporting, training, and collaboration.
- Leadership skills that promote a strong quality culture.
